The Retreat at Sheppard Pratt in Towson, MD, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a 22-bed residential program offering comprehensive evaluation and intensive treatment in a psychotherapeutic milieu.

Responsibilities include assessments, goal setting, documentation, and supervision of OT interns/volunteers. Requires OT degree, Maryland license, valid driver’s license, and experience with neurodivergent/Autism Spectrum Disorder. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, in-person.

Formación

• Current knowledge of occupational therapy theory and practice in psychosocial dysfunction.
• Must possess Maryland state license to practice OT.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a hospital vehicle.
• Experience with neurodivergent/Autism Spectrum Disorder in assessments and recommendations.
• Three to six months of clinical OT experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse patients.
• Ability to meet documentation and deadlines with safety-conscious practice.

Responsabilidades

• Screens patients, conducts functional assessments, develops goals and treatment plans.
• Provides direct OT services to individuals and groups.
• Documents patient progress for the treatment team.
