Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, invites an Occupational Therapist to join our on-site team and provide personalized care to residents. You will support daily living activities and tailor care plans to meet individual needs.

With residents living on campus, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address physical, emotional, and clinical needs, ensuring comfort, companionship, and a sense of belonging while advancing your professional skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide personalized care to our residents. With all residents living on campus, you'll have the opportunity to support them throughout their continuum of care, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their individual needs are met.
