Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide personalized care to our on-site residents. You will support daily living activities, implement care plans, and work with a interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ physical, emotional, and clinical needs.

Requirements include a state OT license, current CPR certification, and at least one year of experience with older adults.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Valid state Occupational Therapy license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care addressing residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines.

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide personalized care to our residents. With all residents living on campus, you'll have the opportunity to support them throughout their continuum of care, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their individual needs are met.

Compensation: $55/hour

How you will make an impact

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

What you will need

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.
