Job summary

Mercy in Joplin is seeking an Occupational Therapist (PRN) to provide patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs within the scope of state practice. The role requires graduation from an accredited OT program, an OT license or eligibility, and current BLS certification. The ability to respond to emergencies is essential.

Preference for NBOT certification. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state; temporary license up to 90 days allowed.
• Certifications: Current BLS.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.
