Groupe S&H is seeking an Occupational Therapist PRN to join our inpatient team in Virginia. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services that include patient examination, treatment planning, and supervision of personnel.

We require a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program and Virginia licensure to practice. Experience in inpatient settings is preferred. Our commitment to fair compensation reflects in an hourly rate of $55.00.

Occupational Therapist PRN – Inpatient

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist PRN to join the inpatient team. The role includes providing quality, comprehensive, patient‑centered occupational therapy services—including patient examination (ages 12+), development and administration of a treatment plan, documentation and communication with team members, and clinical direction and supervision of licensed/non‑licensed personnel. The Therapist will instruct therapy support staff, students, other team members, patients, and/or caregivers, and may rotate through clinical areas.

Compensation

• $55.00 per hour

• Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in an inpatient rehab setting preferred.

Education / Certifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program required.
• Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited occupational therapy program and/or a specialty practice certification preferred.
• Virginia licensure to practice or eligibility and application for licensure by the Occupational Therapy Board of the Virginia State Board of Health Professions required.
• Healthcare professionals CPR certification required.
