Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice in Missouri is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our home health team. You’ll provide skilled evaluations and treatments in patients’ homes, and collaborate with patients, physicians, and the care team to develop personalized plans of care.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
• One year of recent OT experience; home health experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
