Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in a rehab setting, acute care experience is a plus.
• Must be able to pick up at least 2 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient's functional abilities and needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver skilled, evidence-based interventions that promote healing and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and ensure thorough documentation that reflects quality outcomes.
• Educate patients and families to build understanding and confidence in recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners for seamless care transitions.
