Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to empower adult and geriatric patients to improve independence, mobility and safety through patient-centered care. You will deliver services in a collaborative clinical setting, ensuring quality outcomes with clinical autonomy.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing personalized plans, ADL training, and partnering with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Alabama or license eligible
• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on independence, safety, and quality of life
• Deliver therapy through activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques
• Help patients improve daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming and meal preparation
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans as needed
