Therapy Management Corporation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower adult/geriatric patients to achieve meaningful outcomes through compassionate, client‑centered therapy. You will deliver OT services, focusing on independence, mobility, safety and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

Formación

• Licensed OT in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or license eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program
