Job summary

Vista Specialty Hospital of Tucson is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation therapy team. You will assess referred patients aged 18 and older, and develop innovative OT treatments in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

You will educate patients and families and work under physician direction to set goals based on capacity and tolerance. Requires a degree from an accredited OT program, current BLS/CPR, and at least 6 months related experience.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Provider BLS/CPR certification required.
• At least 6 months experience directly related to OT duties.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients 18+ in inpatient rehabilitation for OT needs.
• Establish and manage individualized OT treatment programs with goals.
• Educate patients and families on OT techniques and activities of daily living.
