Job summary

Select Medical Rehabilitation - Miami Lakes is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team housed inside Select Specialty Hospital - Miami. This Per Diem / PRN position offers weekday and weekend opportunities with a pay rate of $51.50–$54.50 per hour based on shift.

A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available. The therapist evaluates, develops and modifies treatment plans for patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological and orthopedic conditions, and

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans.
• Delegates and directs all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Educates patients, families, students, co-workers and self.
• Performs other professional duties associated with care and program delivery.

Minimum Qualifications
