AdvisaCare is seeking a skilled Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. You will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, developing individualized treatment plans and guiding recovery in daily activities.

You’ll document progress, educate families, and coordinate with physicians to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements include an active Arizona OT license, at least 1 year in OT (preferably home health), strong communication, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona OT license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience, preferably in a home health setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with using technology for documentation and communication purposes.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
