Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Pasadena, CA and surrounding areas. Positions available PRN, with interdisciplinary teams delivering therapy in patients' homes and communities.

The role focuses on evaluation and treatment of impairments, upper-extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, cognition, and assistive technology, within a compassionate, ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience in treatment of neurologically related disorders strongly preferred; excellent planning, organization, and communication with families and professionals required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments in patients' homes, focusing on ADLs, upper-extremity function, cognition, and adaptive equipment.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Pasadena, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Qualifications:
