Job summary

Symbria in Parma, OH is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to support older adults in our geriatric post-acute and senior‑living settings. You will establish goals and execute treatment plans, supervising OT assistants while partnering with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Valid state OT license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Acute care/long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and creatively execute treatment plans with supervision of OTAs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Help patients achieve safety and independence in daily activities.

Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about helping older adults live safer, more independent lives? If so, our Rehab Team in Parma, OH is seeking its next PRN employee‑owner team member to support patient‑centered care at Mount Alverna. Weekday and weekend coverage needed!

Responsibilities

As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long‑term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
