Qualifications

• No prior experience required; supervisory experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.
• Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams, making referrals as needed.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and complete documentation per policies.
• Perform assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services.
