LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide skilled OT services as part of a multidisciplinary team in Missouri. The role emphasizes patient evaluation, individualized treatment planning, education for patients and families, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Delegate tasks to assistants and students based on their skills and competency.
• Complete accurate documentation and conduct assessments, reassessments, or consultations as needed.

Job description

It includes establishing treatment plans, making referrals, and delegating tasks to assistants and students based on competency levels.

• Includes shift work during weekdays, with weekend/holiday rotations (2 weekends every 6 weeks)

Qualifications & Skills:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and an Occupational Therapist license. No prior experience or supervision experience is necessary; however, a Master’s Degree is preferred.
