Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care by organizing and implementing medically prescribed programs, while complying with state practice acts and regulatory guidelines.

The role supports department growth through special projects and coordinates patient care activities. Hours are weekdays with weekend rotation, with a strong emphasis on emergency readiness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license or eligibility in Missouri; temporary license up to 90 days available.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.
