Premier Therapy LLC is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team in Lititz, PA. You will provide occupational therapy services to residents in skilled nursing facilities, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• OT license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes.
• Document progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
