Job summary

PREMIER THERAPY is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team in Doylestown, Ohio. You will help residents regain independence through personalized OT plans in a skilled nursing setting.

Work with a supportive, multidisciplinary team and enjoy flexible scheduling while delivering meaningful care that enhances residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current OT license to practice in Ohio.
• BLS/CPR demonstrated or obtained.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Document progress and communicate with care teams to adjust plans as needed.
