Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - PRN to join our growing team in Illinois. You must be licensed to apply and enjoy flexible per diem scheduling in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR is required by the state, if applicable.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all physician orders.
