• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans according to patient needs and physician direction.
• Provides delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients to ensure functional return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, students, coworkers and self to support ongoing recovery and independence.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and program delivery.
