Anew Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapists to serve patients in Indiana, with PRN hours in Fishers and Beech Grove. You will provide skilled OT services in patients' homes, develop treatment plans, and work within a collaborative team.

Requires an active OT license. Per-visit pay, mileage reimbursement, and a Monday-Friday schedule are offered, with opportunities for growth within a family-owned company focused on compassionate care.

Candidate MUST be a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Per-Visit Rates

Rates paid per visit as follows:

• Start of Care (SOC): $150.00


• Resumption of Care (ROC): $115.00


• Recertification: $95.00


• Reassessment: $70.00


• Routine Visit: $70.00


• SCIC Visit: $95.00


• Discharge Visit: $80.00


• Discharge Visit – Offsite: $40.00


• Evaluation: $85.00

Mileage Reimbursement

• $0.58 per mile

Non-Visit Productivity (i.e. education, staff meetings)

• $45.00 per hour

The Occupational Therapist implements, with minimal supervision, skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within Anew Home Health policies and procedures. Evaluates patients, develops initial and ongoing treatment plans, develops discharge plans, supervises assistants, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
