Azza HealthCare Agency in Farmington, MO is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide skilled outpatient OT services in an acute care setting. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy aligned with physician orders.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multi-disciplinary therapy staff; educate patients and families; delegate tasks as needed; and document assessments, re-evaluations, and consultations per departmental policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current Occupational Therapist license required.
• Master's degree preferred.
