Job summary

Amberwood Post Acute is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN role to deliver OT services to our senior residents. You will work within an inter-disciplinary team focused on patient-centered outcomes and quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds a CO OT license and has experience in post-acute settings, with opportunities for growth and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Current CO OT license is required.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with other care disciplines to support resident goals.

Successful Candidate:

Current Occupational Therapist license in CO

Rate Range $40-$50
