Job summary

Methodist Midlothian Medical Center in Midlothian, TX is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide weekend coverage.

In a fast-paced, team-based setting you’ll deliver professional and technical occupational therapy, including evaluation, treatment planning and discharge planning for assigned patients.

Requirements include an accredited OT degree, current BLS certification, a valid Texas OT license (or temporary), and at least 1 year of licensed OT experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Valid Texas OT license or temporary license.
• Minimum 1 year of licensed OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide OT services.
• Deliver evaluation, treatment planning and re-assessment for patients.
• Support discharge planning and patient progression.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care within OT Act/Rules.
• Communicate clearly and promote patient safety and satisfaction.

Your Job Requirements
