Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide onsite therapy across PreK-12th grade in Taylor, Michigan. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students with fine motor and sensory regulation needs.

You will work with families and teachers, help develop IEPs as appropriate, and maintain thorough documentation while contributing to district-wide student success throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• MI OT license or certification required.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time OT services, Monday–Friday.
• Conduct evaluations and support IFSPs/IEPs as appropriate.
• Address fine motor and sensory regulation needs with evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and related service providers.
• Document therapy sessions and progress in a timely manner.

Occupational Therapist

Location: Taylor, MI

Start/End Date: 2026-2027 School Year

Grade Levels: PreK-12th grade

Caseload: You will serve as a district-wide OT, supporting students across a variety of ages and abilities.

Salary Range: $57,500-$78,000 salary (paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications.

Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date.

• Provide full-time occupational therapy services, Monday-Friday.

• Collaborate with families, classroom teachers, and other related service providers to support students’ skills across both classroom and individual settings including in the home.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of MI.
• Previous experience working with children or in a school-based setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
