Job summary

Beyond Words seeks a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Beaumont, TX clinic, delivering OT services in a pediatric outpatient setting. The role involves evaluating and treating children across development areas, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting families in implementing therapy plans.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas OT license, are passionate about child development, and enjoy a collaborative, play-based approach to therapy in a small but growing clinic

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in the State of Texas (OT).

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment across pediatric development areas (ADLs, fine motor, sensory integration, social/behavioral, strength/stability/coordination, visual-motor integration).
• Manage a caseload of pediatric clients with diverse needs.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment within OT scope of practice.
• Collaborate with a multi-discipline therapy team to maximize the child’s therapy experience.

What kind of Occupational Therapist (OT) are we seeking?

We are looking for an OT that enjoys….

• Providing treatment in across developmental areas (activities of daily living, fine motor, senory integration, social/behavioral, strength/stability/coordination, visual-motor integration and perception skills)
• Managing a caseload of pediatric clients with various needs
• Performing essential tasks within an OT’s scope of practice; assess, plan, and implement treatment based on the individual child’s severity and difficulties.
• Collaborating with a MULTI-DISCIPLINE therapy team to maximize the child’s therapy experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA accredited OccupationalTherapy program
• Hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in the State of Texas (OT)
