Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OT (OTR/L) state license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-centered care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
