• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services per prescribed plan using OT theory and skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient care.
• Deliver OT services in pediatric and adult rehabilitation contexts as assigned.
