Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem role in a SNF/long-term care setting. Compensation is $50.00 per hour for flexible, per-diem work.

Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist to apply. The role offers competitive pay, collaboration within a supportive team, and opportunities for professional development and immigration support for H1B candidates where applicable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
