Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist for per diem coverage in a long-term care setting. The role emphasizes providing high-quality rehabilitation services with flexibility in scheduling and a strong focus on patient outcomes.

Must hold an active OT license and, where required by state law, NBCOT certification. This position supports professional growth within a leading therapy organization with ample clinical education and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a license as an Occupational Therapist to practice in the state.
• NBCOT certification required or state-specific equivalent.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities essential for care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and complete.
