Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a Per Diem position serving SNF and long-term care settings in Florida. The role requires an active OT license and NBCOT certification where required, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program (BS/MS/MA/OTD).
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification as OTR (where required by state).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
