Job summary

OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in Dublin, OH is seeking an Occupational Therapist for per diem coverage. Compensation is $50.00 per hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a requirement of 2 shifts per month, including one weekend day.

The role involves evaluating clients with brain and spinal injuries, neurological and orthopedic conditions, and developing functional treatment plans under physician direction.

Qualifications

• Current and valid OT license or eligibility for OT licensure.
• BLS certification required or completed within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans.
• Directs and oversees therapy services for assigned patients.
• Designs functional treatment programs to support return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, and co-workers; serves as a therapy educator.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and program delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
