You will conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical, cognitive, developmental, or emotional challenges.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to provide comprehensive care, educate families, and maintain up-to-date records.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
  • State OT license is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
  • 0–1 year of occupational therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience in residential/assisted living or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
  • Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as needed.
  • Educate patients and families about therapeutic activities and exercises.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
  • Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development.
