Qualifications

Education Master's Degree Occupational Therapy required

Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred

Experience Occupational therapist experience 0-1 year preferred and Experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility 0-1 year preferred
