About the Position

• Job Title: Occupational Therapist
• Location: Staples, MN (Lakewood Health Systems)
• Position type: Full-time, full benefits, 1.0 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: 40 hours per week, flexible Monday–Friday
• Settings: Primarily outpatient pediatric; backup inpatient coverage as needed
