Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Lakewood Health Systems

Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE

Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.

Settings: This position will primarily work in an Outpatient Pediatric setting, and will also include backup coverage for Hospital Inpatient care as needed.
