Job summary

Adaptive Pediatric Therapy LLC is seeking an experienced pediatric occupational therapist to join our private practice. The role includes treatment at our North Conway clinic and travel to homes, daycares, and community sites within our service area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong pediatrics background, be committed to neuroaffirming practice, and show interest in feeding and myofunctional therapy. Afterschool hours are required, with a maternity leave starting soon.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Adaptive Pediatric Therapy is growing and looking for an experienced and motivated pediatric OT to join our team. At APT we provide high quality therapy, with areas of specialty including whole body feeding therapy for infants and beyond as well as myofunctional therapy. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation and experience with general pediatrics, an understanding and commitment to neuroaffirming practice, and will be ready to hit the ground running. Caseload will consist of general pediatrics, but candidates with interest in feeding and myofunctional therapy are preferred. We are looking for a candidate who is as invested in our team as we are in them, and therefore request only serious inquires for applicants seeking the right long term 'work family'.

Flexible hours, independence over scheduling, and a high level of mentorship are just some of the benefits that come from becoming a part of our small private practice team. Position hours are flexible but afterschool hours are required at least 4 days per week, and caseload will build quickly as this position will cover a maternity leave at the end of October.

While some treatment will occur at our clinic in North Conway, travel is also required to complete home/daycare/community visits within our service area. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within the child's natural environment!
