Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Ohio is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver a full range of OT services, from assessments to treatment planning, in an interdisciplinary team.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits offered after the first month.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT licensure or registration in the state.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on techniques for activities of daily living.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
