Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in North Baltimore, OH is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide a full range of OT services in an interdisciplinary setting. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to enhance patient function.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current, valid state OT license or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred
• 0–1 years of experience in OT (experience not required but preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on daily living activities and strategies.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
