Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Burnsville is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver safe, patient-centered care within scope of practice. You will perform evaluations, determine treatment plans, and collaborate with patients and families to set measurable outcomes.

This 1.0 FTE position offers a 40-hour week with shifts 8a-4:30p and 10a-6p, and requires MN licensure and BLS. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, document care, and support quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Registered Occupational Therapist or temporary MN license.
• Basic Life Support (AHA/Red Cross)

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluation and re-evaluation
• Develops an individualized plan of care with patient and family
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team
• Documents and bills for services in a timely manner
• Meets departmental productivity and quality standards
