Responsibilities

• Designs and modifies treatment plans based on evaluations and progress.

• Coordinates therapy within broader medical and rehab plans.
• Prepares documentation: evaluations, plans, and progress notes.
• Communicates with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
• Establishes rapport and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participates in professional development and program development.
