Job summary

Symbria's Rehab Team at Nazareth Living Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to serve older adults in a geriatric setting. You will establish treatment goals, implement plans, and supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for Occupational Therapists.
• Current state license or pending license for new grads.
• Experience in acute, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set therapy goals and implement treatment plans with supervision of assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
