Job summary

Symbria is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to impact the lives of older adults at Souderton Mennonite Home in Souderton, PA. You will work within an interdisciplinary team, establish goals, and execute treatment plans with supervision of OT Assistants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• State license valid or pending for newer graduates.
• 40 hour work week, Monday–Friday.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred but not required.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

As a Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications
