Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Riverside, CA is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in home and community settings, with part-time opportunities.

You will evaluate and treat impairments, ADLs, IADLs, cognitive and perceptual needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve functional outcomes for neuro and ortho diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure are required.
• Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs.
• Address cognitive needs and perceptual skills; assess adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Riverside, CA and surrounding areas - with Part-Time positions available.

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities.
