Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Perris, CA seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist for part-time positions to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Perris, CA and surrounding areas - with Part-Time positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
