Job summary

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network in Framingham, MA seeks a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide clinical OT services to youth and families within a multidisciplinary team. The role includes assessments, treatment recommendations, and in-home caregiver consultations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Four or more years of experience in pediatrics and/or mental health settings.
• Three or more months of experience in a sensory integration setting.
• Experience with program development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of clinical occupational therapy services for youth and their families as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide assessment and clinical treatment recommendations to Continuum programs serving DCF and DMH youth (ages 6-18).
• Consult with clinical teams and provide individual and group therapy as required.
• In-home consultation to caregivers required as part of family work.

Salary Range: $32,500.00 - $37,500.00/year + s ign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).

This is a part-time position, 20 hours/week. Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring for a creative and supportive individual to work in our Wayside Academy! We provide a supportive culture that is team-focused and places valueon healthy work dynamics.

What You Will Do:

• Provide a range of clinical occupational therapy services for youth and their families as part of a robust multi-disciplinary team at Wayside Youth & Family Support Network.
• Provide assessment and clinical treatment recommendations to our Continuum programs serving DCF and DMH youth (ages 6-18).
• Consult with clinical teams as well as provide individual and group therapy as required.
• In home consultation to caregivers required as part of family work.

MinimumRequirements :

• Three or more months of experience in a sensory integration setting with suspended equipment
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
