Job summary

Framingham Academy is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part-time role in Framingham, MA. You will deliver clinical OT services to youth and families as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborate across programs.

The position requires pediatrics/mental health experience, including sensory integration exposure, and involves in-home caregiver consultations, assessments, and group/individual therapy as needed.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in pediatrics and/or mental health settings, preferably providing treatment for individuals with social-emotional and/or behavioral difficulties.
• Three or more months of experience in a sensory integration setting with suspended equipment.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of clinical occupational therapy services for youth and their families as part of a robust multi-disciplinary team at Wayside Academy.
• Provide assessment and clinical treatment recommendations to Continuum programs serving DCF and DMH youth (ages 6-18).

Salary Range: $32,500.00 - $37,500.00/year + sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).

This is a part-time position, 20 hours/week.

What You Will Do:
