Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, delivering therapy, and collaborating with care teams to improve independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have an OT degree and be licensed to practice.
• OTR license and NBCOT certification required or strongly preferred.
• BLS certification is a plus for clinical readiness.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine OT needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
