• One year experience as an occupational therapist in acute care facility preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and OT certification.
• Current California OT license or license eligibility letter prior to start date.
• If holding a Limited Permit, licensing exam must be passed within 90 days from letter date.
• BLS (AHA) current certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct and administer occupational therapy modalities as prescribed by a licensed physician.
• Provide OT services in an acute care setting with high quality patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds and care planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments and outcomes.
• Comply with California OT licensing requirements and facility policies.
